Managed Payments - slow bank payouts?

Hi guys, has anyone else been affected by increased wait times for eBay sales funds to come across to your Bank accounts? It used to be 18 - 24 hours with PayPal - now seems to be taking DAYS?

Anyone else payment delayed today?
I usually receive a message/email that is being sent but nothing today.

We also joined MP on 6th October with no hassles.  We have 2 stores & receive an email early in the morning & payments are in the bank that afternoon.  We are with CBA.

I think ebay uses these large sums of money to earn money - imagine the millions of dollars held even for one day would be earning big bucks for essentiall doing nothing.

So your payouts are slow?

Or are you just slagging off at eBay, while continuing to utilise their platform.

There are always other options.

I am with ING and they are fairly fast. I also sell in Etsy where managed payments have been the go for a long time. The payments are regular and usually transfer at night and in my account the next day by midday or 2pm or so. Hoping that ebay will be the same. Weekends though, it's slower. Any funds from Friday and the weekend usually don't transfer till Monday night which means they don't come into my account till Tuesday, which is a real drag..jilly

I have the same issue - also with NAB.

I am not a seller, but I do alot of bank transfers for a company and I can tell you that Commonwealth Bank is the qucikest in my experience.

If I direct dep into any other bank/financial institution it is usually a 24 hour turn around, and direct deposit to CBA are same day, sometimes within hours.

I  transfer from Westpac, Bendigo and Bank of Qld, and the results timewise to CBA are the same with all three.

on ebay, My last sale from the 19th, still has it listed in payments as payment sent, but has not gone into

our bank account, and its still listed as payment sent, not complete like previous transfers that

we have received into out bank account.

Worse yet, 3 more sales from 25th are still listed as processing.

1 had a sold message and customer has paid via ebay email item has sold.

The last 2 later in that day had buyer has not paid, wait until paid before shipping,

but elsewhere it has a ship by 1st march listed on it and buyer has paid....

Last 4 sales since 19th have not gone into our bank account.

We are owed $1100. Lucky we only shipped the item from the 19th so far.

But now looking at delayed shipping and neg feedbacks if we protect

ourselves. With no recourse.

Apologies, the payment from the 19th came through to our bank account.

Just a panick over nothing perhaps with the sales from 25th listed

as processing still.
