ebay has always been about the buyers that dont give a stuff about
sellers - they have been finding ways the screw the sellers from day one
- its only because it is a necessary evil that this company still even
exists
I think ebay uses these large sums of money to earn money - imagine the
millions of dollars held even for one day would be earning big bucks for
essentiall doing nothing.
