Missing Item

Hi,

I have a missing item,  ( a $110 bottle of perfume ) that Ebay claim was delivered to a parcelpoint back in November 2021.   The parcelpoint claim they never received it from Australia Post.  Hence I have never received the Item. 

Ebay claim to me to me that the item was delivered and the matter is resolved because Australia Post claim it was delivered to the parcelpoint even though Ebay continually sent me notices to go and collect it from that location. 

I lodged an appeal that Ebay said would be addressed within 48 hours - that was back on December the first. I have had no communication from them since and have no way of contacting them direct. Does any have any suggestions on how to get them to respond to an issue?
