My buyer feedback is hidden from myself.

When I check my feedback from buyers it is hidden from me, any idea why this is happening?  I've gone through the settings but nothing.  Can anyone see my buyer feedback?

See attached pic, shows what I see when I look at my own feedback.

Wow that's a problem. Definitely get hold of Ebay if you can. 

Worse that it shows the single neg you left but nothing else? 

One thing I do which may not be a popular choice, but when doing listings there is a box they automatically tick that says 'enable buyers to keep their feedback private' or something like that. I untick that. I know there are products that some wouldn't want made public, but I personally couldn't care less what people see me buy, personal or not, but then I'm not judgemental and very open myself. I just hate not being able to see a buyer's feedback in full.

Your issue is more complex though it seems. Definitely talk to Ebay

Thanks for all the replies, I wasnt sure anyone was going to reply, so thanks.

None of the products I sell or buy are hidden in anyway, its common things like sticky tape etc.

I've changed the ebay image, maybe that might make a difference.

Regarding getting on to Ebay, how do I do that?  I cant see any contact us anywhere on the ebay site.

Select help at the top of the page and then chat as I think the call centres are still in lock down mode.

Yes you can normally call them but not atm chat is the only option I think
