I've heard it's a rumour that after 12 months, a neg disappears and no longer effects your % and unless anyone knows about toolhause, it's gone.
I'm almost sad that I'm about to lose a neg I was kinda proud of.
Our Buyer thought the courier driver 'smelt funny' so she wouldn't take delivery of her parcel.
She asked the courer company (after abusing many of their staff) to change the delivery address so she had another courier, and they wouldn't unless we approved. We tried to arrange but she had contacted them minutes before we rang them, to abuse them again, and told them to send the parcel back to us.
She had quite a nasty tongue on her.
Parcel returned to us and we refund her. Less postage 🙂
She negs us as it was her worst experience ever.
