Hi, overseas buyer from the UK is not happy with what they bought, and wants me to send money for her to post it back so she can return the item and get a full refund. Is this right? I sent registered mail there so it was well over $20 - can I just send her seamail cost... and how do I figure out seamail cost from the Uk to Australia? But then it might take up to 60 days to get here...

You do not have to pay for return postage as it's simply change of mind. If they are not happy just tell them you are happy to accept a return but they will have to pay for postage. You could also suggest they resell them item themselves and you will let let them use your pictures and description.
Don't tell them this but you only have to pay return postage if they open a dispute for item is not as described.
