As a seller you would have had to verify your bank account. The process would have involved confirmation of the account by micro deposit or by login credentials. Your eBay name would have matched the bank account details.
Itโs incredibly unlikely that all of this would have resulted in a Managed Payment mistake with the bank account.
Perhaps have another look at your account.
If there is genuinely something wrong, contact eBay to report an account security issue. Be aware that this will involve quite intense scrutiny.
