Phone Numbers in Address - Copy Full Address to Clipboard

Hi

Is anyone else getting the buyers phone number appended to the address when using the Copy Full Address to Clipboard option on the Sales Record view ?

It seems to have started from Monday this week 17th Aug. Certainly not there Monday 10th Aug.

I do not understand why it is there and while I get the need to include some other information in an address label (i.e. International Tax Paid references) I cannot understand why a phone number will help a postie deliver a letter ?

Also concerned about privacy laws ? Exposing a buyers phone number to anyone checking mailing addresses may be a breach ?

Thoughts from other sellers please ?

I have noticed it too - also that when checking order, their mobile number shows on the left, and their home phone shows underneath the address.

I haven't worried about it too much, I always use the mobile no.    In the address labels there is always a space for the phone number these days.

An example would be the Aust Post prepaid envelope
