International buyer ordered an item a few weeks ago and the first thing she asked after I had shipped was for the tracking number. I told her that there wasn't one (simply not worth it in this case). Anyway, she obviously got it, but now she has asked for a return as it "arrived damaged". She hasn't sent proof of any damage, just opened a case.
I don't want the item back as my it's not financially worth it, so I will just refund her.
I wanted to know about responses to negs - IF she leaves me a neg and I reply (professionally of course), can the seller respond to that response? I remember sellers used to get the last word in, but not sure if that's still the case.

Sorry Kopes, you're right, I meant if the buyer gets that last word. Not enough cofffee this morning!
I have corresponded with her and she seems ok and I'll send through a refund shortly so hopefully she will leave it at that.
