Purchasing Australia Post postage label. What does it mean "choose only Australia Post packaging"

Does it mean I have to purchase Australia Post packageing boxes?

Or can I just use my own boxes?

If you choose the option shown "Australia Post Standard Small Satchel"   that means that you must use their satchel, which you have to purchase for about 15cents.    No you cant use  your own box.   I think it is pretty clear.

If you want to use your own boxes, you must use "my own packaging".
