Sold Sneakers - Authentication Help!

Hi there

I was hoping someone could help me out.

I recently sold my first pair of sneakers on eBay (authentic Nikes) and need to ship them to the customer. I received an email from eBay saying I had a label ready.

Choosing the option to print, I quickly realised I couldn't so went to cancel the current label and select courier pick up. Upon doing so I am now being charged significantly to post this order for authentication.

I am now happy to drop off as I have found a location to do so - is there a way I can remake a label and not be charged? Alternatively, can I ship to the customer directly?

Thanks

I would not recommend shipping direct to the buyer, if they receive them without the verification tag being attached by the authenticator, they will be entitled to a full refund.

Re the label, contact CS via live chat, they may be able to cancel the original label and issue a new one for you
