Trouble with "contact" for increasing selling limits

Hi All
Anyone know of any issues with contacting eBay to increase seller limits ?
Each time I go through everything, and get to the "click on contact us to get our phone number" nothing happens when I click on it, except occasionally it say they are having trouble with that page.
Is this happening to anyone else ?

I had the same problem, you have to allow popups and sometimes it doesn't load.

I should be able to list 200 items but I am stuck at 40 until I can contact them on Monday.

They really should just increase limits automatically.

yes they should. I've had 100 limit with $7500 limit for 12 months. Never bothered me cause it was on an account for listing auction style, which is 40 free per month. Now I've made it a store and want to take advantage of the 200 free listings.
