I have purchased a basic store subscription but when trying to list a
new item it only allows for 10 days instead of 30 days which I was
promised. Please someone from eBay fix this.

I had the same problem, you have to allow popups and sometimes it
doesn't load. I should be able to list 200 items but I am stuck at 40
until I can contact them on Monday. They really should just increase
limits automatically.
