Voided shipping label taking longer than 60 days...

On the 23rd of February, 2024 i've made a sale and had to reprint the shipping label on the item twice due to weighing errors, the same day I voided the shipping labels. 

I've read somewhere it takes 60 days to process a voided label (if using Australia Post) so I contact eBay on the 25th of April, 2024 (just a little more than 60 days) and was told this issue would be escalated to a "technical team" and would e-mail me back within 7 days.

2 and a half weeks later still no e-mail, and every time I contact eBay i'm back to square one.  Shipping labels expire in 90 days, does anyone have any tips to escalate this quicker before the label information expires? (p.s I contacted Auspost and they told me to contact eBay)

I haven't used ebay labels in quite a long time, but when I cancelled them in the past, the credit was processed fairly quickly, much less than 60 days anyway (their info says up to 60 days on the help page). 

If you haven't been credited for them as yet (they don't refund, just credit your ebay account, in case that matters), you need to approach CS with a laser focus on that info, keeping to as simple language as you can - i.e. I have not been credited with the refunds for two canceled labels, and I would like to be credited now. 

If it will help in the future at all, I recommend using My Post to deal with Aus Post directly, rather than ebay, at least if you cancel a label there, it's instantly void and refunded.

thanks for the response, when talking to CS I have been telling them i haven't been credited yet just as you said but each time they always go back to 'forwarding the situation to a technical/specialist team member to handle the situation' unfortunately. but i'll keep trying thank you

update: contacted eBay live chat again and was reimbursed credit! guess you just gotta get the right person
