What does the word, (encode) mean after an eBay sellers name

Hi from Australia, I noticed a buyer I am dealing with from Canada has the word in brackets, (encode) after their name, I have never seen this before, can anyone tell me what it means, cheers BT

If it's the seller in your feedback, then it's their ID - name.  That's all
