What is the time limit to file unpaid item strike and reclaim seller fees?

Just a simple one. After a listing closes with a sale, if the buyer delays and strings you on, how long before you can no longer file a dispute and give the buyer a strike?

Not sure why you would want to stretch it out, but I would guess 45 days as that's how long you have to file a PayPal dispute. You can open a case after 4 days, then close it 4 days later. If you haven't closed it after 30 days, eBay will close it for you and you lose you FVF's. Best to close it yourself. Also best to open it as soon as you can if a buyer is stuffing you around.

You have 32 days to open an unpaid item case.
