Your eBay account has been restricted from selling

Hi,

How do I get account restored back so that can sell items on ebay.

Ebay has restricted account permanently.

No longer have access to and no option to reinstate.

If they have told you it has been restricted permanently, that's what it means

Just to add to Sandy's post, do not try to open another account to sell on, if you do ALL accounts of yours and any family members in the household will be closed down.

I think there were 2 deliveries were not done as email address where buying request was going was not monitored due to person leaving business and hence ebay had to refund money and close the case due to non response.

In that case what's the way around?  How do I get back account to normal.

There is no way around it, your selling account is permanently restricted.

As far as I'm aware, nobody has been able to legitimately reopen a selling account under those circumstances.

If you have been told you are restricted permanently , that's it, full stop

No work around, no second chances

The same for all sellers who get their accounts restricted permanently

you think,   me thinks more to the story,  Ebay don't just restrict accounts.

If it is this a/c you are talking about.  I dont see why you would be worried.  The selling history is few & far between.

I suspect non-response might have something to do with it.

Edit: Buyer obviously opened INRs.
