Hi,How do I get account restored back so that can sell items on ebay.
Ebay has restricted account permanently. No longer have access to and no
option to reinstate.
I think there were 2 deliveries were not done as email address where
buying request was going was not monitored due to person leaving
business and hence ebay had to refund money and close the case due to
non response.
