as a seller how do i avoid click and collect

I've just listed some items for auction. In checking after they went äctive"I saw the click and collect option for the buyer. This entire thing scares the hell out of me. Don't need to be a rocket science to see the chaos and dodginess inherent in such a system. Can I somehow remove that buyer option?

 To opt out, go to - account > site preferences > offer click and collect > edit

Very rare that I get a buyer who actually wants to use it, however on the few occassions that I have needed to use it, it has all gone well.  Buyer still pays postage,  you print a label and send to the collect address that is provided, buyer receives a code and message when item is available for collection.

That option is not on my screen. Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off Click and Collect, and if so how should it now be done?

It's on mine - first line under 'postage preferences'.
