I'm wondering if other sellers are experiencing this. I have two postage options available for buyers - standard postage or express postage. More and more I am having buyers choose the cheaper standard postage option; then sending a message demanding the item be sent express post because they need it in a hurry. So in order to not risk getting bad feedback about slow postage I am covering the extra cost to express post the item. Is this occurring for any other sellers? and if so, I am curious to know how you handle it without risking getting bad feedback from a buyer.

you should not be out of pocket for postage because buyer chose wrong option.
you could send a polite email saying they had paid for standard postage, if they want express to confirm and you could perhaps send them a paypal invoice for the difference?
