Take screen shots of the listing or use the Snipping tool so that you have proof if they start a dispute.

They have even used your exact description to sell the item,(so it does seem it is the same item that you sold

to them).

Depends what the reason is for refund, if its not as described and they have a real case then you can either get it sent back or let them keep it. If they keep it then they are entitled to resell. If its faulty and they resell without claiming faulty then there is your proof against a faulty item claim.

They have listed it and it has 2 days and 4 hours left on it,(3 day listing so they are trying to sell it quickly

You should immediately contact eBay and inform them of this fraudulent listing and they should remove it and cancel any claim for refund. You should also send an email to the buyer that you will be reporting them to Police for either larceny or obtaining benefit by deception.

Let them sell it. You've got your money and if they sell it and they want a refund how will they send it back? You'd have to win if they're unable or unwilling to return it.

Not necessarily. It depends on why the buyer is requesting a refund.

a) item not received - the buyer may win the case.

b) Claims item is fake - buyer gets refund and keeps item (although are told to destroy it, it is illegal to send fakes in the post)
