buyer selected parcel post will not generate label

Just sold an item today and am trying to generate a postage label - that the buyer has already paid for - and the website repeatedly fails. Not only fails, but is entirely unhelpful:

"It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."

 

How do I resolve this and how do I apologise to the buyer for the delay?

Just go to your post office and pay there, but upload the tracking number to the sale. You have selected 2 business days as your handling time so there's no problem with the buyer.

 

I hope you have signed up for Managed Payments and verified that for selling.

I take it you mean the buyer has paid you for postage,  it is now up to you to source and pay for postage.  The choice is yours, as to  obtaning post via online methods, or traditional over counter.
