combining postage for international buyers - how do i / has something changed?

I offer combined postage (price dependant on weight)  but seem to have lately run into issues with combining for international buyers.  they've said even though its buy now (not auction) and pay immediately is not tickes at my end - they are not able to buy several items and wait for a total, they have to pay for each item as they purchase- immediately- cannot wait for an amended / updated invoice from me.

why? has ebay changed something or am i doing something wrong?

is it a mobile phone issue?   Apparently buyers on mobile phones have that problem.

no I was on a desktop.  don't know what they were using... buyer seems to have disappeared for now, it may be their nighttime.

The cart doesn't always work either.

If they can log into .com.au and purchase, it will combine for them

Maybe put that in your listings for o'seas buyers to note
