I have just had the worst buyer ever.
They have just bought two of my items, i gave them a combined postage discount, then waited for payment.
I didn't get payment - what i got was a disgusting message saying his wife is going to die from scammers, if she hasn't paid then keep your items.
they also gave me disgusting feedback, keeping in mind they haven't paid or received the items.
The negative feedback said "She is going to kill my wife with scamming her"
I have emailed ebay to have the feedback removed and report them, so we shall see what happens. i don't know what else to do, except they will be going on my special block list.

eBay told me that it's always better to ring - I'd be interested to see if they do remove it. I once had a buyer say some nonsense like he was going to the police. eBay removed the comment but left a negative mark against my name because they said he didn't like the item he bought. Oddly, he never returned it for a refund

Well the latest news. She contacted me to say that she is not well and has been harrased by someone on ebay. She said some sellers were bidding on there own items with another id to up the price. I have never done that and my items were buy it now.
She has paid for one item, but not the other yet. I told her what feedback her husband has left and she was going to try to get rid of it.
If it is still there tomorrow i will ring ebay, as they seem to have ignored my email.

Sounds like a case of mistaken identity then (doesn't excuse the rudeness). Nice of her to explain and try to fix it, I guess...hope it's all sorted for you fast.
for things like this, it is best to call. Emails can take days for a real response (rather than an automated one).

Calls to ebay are free too.....it is a 1800 FreeCall number. The only time you might have to pay is if you use a mobile phone to call....some mobile plans charge for 1800 calls.

Id say your chance of having feedback remvoed is small. Ebay could not care less.
You do not hae enough sales to be on their 'protected list'.

This is not good at all, I have just realised that this same person has purchased from me and not paid.
I have just put on an unpaid item dispute, I do hope they don't do the same to me.
Have noticed that they have left 4 very bad feedbacks to different sellers, all similar to yours

Take heart, and please don't give up!
99.99% of buyers are good, terrific, easy to deal with and some are even funny. You have found that one percenter who needs to be put on your "party" list, just feel sorry for him and his wife/partner, remember that they are the ones with the problem-not you. Just follow all the good advice given by the experienced and understanding posters here and move on. Good luck.

thanks everyone for your support.
I have just got off the phone from ebay and they have removed the horrible feedback. I am very happy about that.
