my account is restricted and i really dont know why

hi, i have been an ebay member for a few years now, and thought i might try my hand at selling,  when i started it came up with this message:

 Your selling privileges have been restricted because our records show that your account is connected to an account that's already restricted or limited

i think is was probably something to do with my kids when they used to sell years ago, i have no message that i can find, its possible they used my email or credit card

how do i get to talk to a real person please ?

Go to the link below and scroll to the bottom to contact a CS rep during business hours, ask to speak to a supervisor as soon as you are able to.

It's doubtful if they'll undo the suspension but it's worth a try.
