goldeagle, please don't quote me on this one, but I think you do the cancelation, by saying BUYER change mind.  The buyer will then agree and all should be ok. Explain to the Buyer by message and tell them the procedure to follow.

Thank you, when i did that, Paypal refunded money, but she had toagree to  cancel as you said. Will wait and see if I get a defect next month.
