hi Everyone dont know if you can help but was wondering if anyone knows whether I can legally send a vintage tobacco tin from the 1960's to the U.S.A that still has the original contents as its new old stock..I am familiar with the disclaimer that I am only selling the tin but don't want to break customs laws thank you Bernard

I wouldn't.
It it would come under FDA or ATF and may be an issue. But I would check with Australia post and maybe look on the USA customs site for a definitive answer.

I found this. It may be helpful. I hope so.

Your buyer is responsible for the import duties, so if it's seized by US Customs
they have to pay the import duty or forfeit.
It is considered delivered by ebay in that case and you are not held accountable,
as far as I know
