returned item fee refund problem

Hi. I've received an email from ebay regarding a returned item fee refund stating my fee would be refunded but hav not received the refund from eba yet. The case was closed on Sunday 14th August. I don't seem to be able to contact ebay about this. HELP please.

I would say just keep a close eye on your account statements. If you have an email from them stating it will happen then it will.

 

I think its always better to use the call-back option when you need to talk with them. You seem to get a better quality CSR. 

Don't use email as you always seem to get an ill-considered response from a junior CSR.

Just to be clear, eBay don't refund as such, they credit your account. So you need to check your seller statements for the credited amount, as Clarry said. You don't get a notification.
