wrong valuation fee invoiced

my delivery fee was included in the item valuation, how do I resend an invoice so it gives the item fee and the delivery fee separate. The buyer is happy to redo? an invoice or send confirmation that they paid a lower price of $800 and a separate delivery fee of $120, but cannot find how to do this

Re: wrong valuation fee invoiced

If the sold price is equal to item price + delivery, there is unfortunately no way to reinvoice to separate the two values.

The only thing you could do is cancel the original purchase and relist with the item price and delivery cost stated separately, and if you opt to do that, it would be advisable to let the buyer know so that they can agree to cancel the original transaction and repurchase it at a suitable time to help reduce the chance of someone else purhasing it.

Sellers: file unpaid item disputes 4 days after end of sale; close 4 days later issuing a strike; add buyer to your blocked bidders list; set buyer requirements to block bidders with 2 or more strikes in the past 12 months.
