Invalid user ID and sandbox

Just wondering if this is my end or their end

Every search I do,when I go to check feedback comes up with invalid user ID (Tried 5 different sellers, just to check)

Also, up the top of the page, above the eBay logo,in tiny writing it says 'sandbox'

I have cleared all the things, tried two different browsers and am on the laptop I always use

Early Gremlins ????

sandbox.pngSame thing happens if I click on my own feedback score

CBA contacting eBay to be told the issue does not exist or they will raise it with the tech team and get back to me in 24 hours

Another edit

Just discovered, if I try to sign in to my eBay (and yes, my details are 100% correct) it comes up with the Ooops! that's not a match message

Re: Invalid user ID and sandbox

No problem here. I have never heard of "sandbox" but a google search gives a lot of detail about it being a virtual program testing ground or some such thing, where you can set up virtual accounts to test things. I'm rather confused as to why, or what it is all about. It seems you have been redirected to it, and it shows you as not valid in this testing place because you haven't signed up for it. I wouldn't sign into it, that is for sure. I suggest you read up about it, it may make more sense to you, I really can't get my brain around it.
