So Ebay has frozen my abillity to respond to buyers messages for a week, as I tried to give a contact detail to a buyer who wanted to see the goods before bidding.
I have tried to ring EBAY and get it reviewed but the rep just quoted policy at me for 30 minutes. In the meantime am losing buyers. Any thought on how to rectify quickly?

You are just going to have to wait it out. This new crackdown is p******g of many people but there is nothing we can do about it.
It makes it hard for people to get to see something before buying and the only thing they can do is purchase and then go and see. If it is not what they want then the buyer cancels. It is a major pain in the butt.
