i don't get them. Talk to your ISP. Or clear your cache and cookies and/or reboot. Change browsers.

 

A bit more detail about your issue would be good. Also, this would be better in 'selling' or 'buying' or even the 'answer centre' as more people read those boards and this is hardly recent eBay news.

traced the problem back to a telstra DNS problem which they of course had no knowledge of and put it down to maintenance in my area that would be ongoing till the 18th of july

I have this problem on any browser on Windows 7 but not on any Windows 10 machine on my home Wifi LAN.
