No problems here.

Try Googling the error numbers....there is usually some mention of them if they are widespread.

Same here, but no errors, the PP window that pops up just circular-arrow-logo-spins? If I have the option of choosing "other payment methods" I can use paypal in that section no issues?? CC works without issue. Using FF 54.0.1 and no script blockers etc.

Are you saying you are using the no script extension? If you are, you might need to allow PayPal and see if that helps.
