How do I cancel Ebay Plus I have gone into the membership tab but the drop down isn't working for me

I am trying to cancel my EbayPlus memebership I have done everything to try & get the drop down to work but it won't allow me to edit or cancel my membership? TIA

HiCan I send two satchels & just reprint the postage lable twice without being charged postage twice? I am splitting the order into two satchels but only want to use the postage label which Ive already charge out the postage cost? Hope this makes sen...

Buyer sayng they are not receiving my invoice

I have sent 3 invoices to a Buyer & they are saying they are not receiving them. Everytime I have re sent the invoice I am receiving the confirmation & copy that I have sent it in my inbox but she is saying she isn't receiving it.

HOW DO YOU AMEND AN INVOICE YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT

Ive already sent the buyer an invoice but it weighed more than I thought & I need to send an amended invoice.What is the correct procedure?
