How. Long does it take optiseller to download my shop items? I only have approx 500 items

I have registered and linked with optiseller so as to update item specifics before tomorrow, but it doesn’t seem to be doing any thing? It says downloading in aspect finder but has said that for over an hour now.

Purchase5 discount has appeared on some if my items? I did not agree to this - why is it happening?

I don't understand this Purchase5 discount as it's not something I have authorised. Does eBay foot the bill for the 5% or do I just lose out?

My eBay iPad app is taking forever to upload pictures, is there something I can do to fix this? It is taking over 2 minutes to upload 12'pictures.
