I received my one negative feedback around 10 months ago and settled
with the buyer by returning his payment and he kept the item. He offered
to contact eBay however I didn't take up the offer. Could Ebay now
remove this negative feedback?
I dont believe the feedback percentage is correctly assessed by eBay.
I've had one negative feedback from a dumb error I made and corrected
but left it there (buyer said he would request removal) to remind me.
Then I realised I don't believe eBAY ass...
I've been selling for 5 years and the feedback from buyers is nice when
you continually get 5 stars positive feedback however when you make an
error and get negative feedback you find you have not many options if
you feel eBay's computer responses do...
I have had my share of the above. Could eBay change the wait time before
relisting from eight days to four days (two days for seller message to
buyer and two days for eBay message). Surely this would assist in a
faster opportunity for both the seller...
