ok a buyer was making a best offer on one of my items, we go back and forth until we agree on a price, he pays for it. then around 5-10 minutes later asks wants to cancel and get a refund.i havent posted it out yet but since i have a "no returns" lis...

so when is ebay going to remove this program, so that buyers are no longer getting ripped off with shipping. $25-$30 shipping on 1 t-ship from the USA the australia.

i think this should be longer, since some things i buy need to be made first and then shipped which can take over the 45 days limit. so when something goes wrong there is nothing i can do about it
