I need to change a postage fee but Ebay won't let me - 1 day to go b4 end of sale

I need to change a postage fee as I have discovered I have overcharged. As it is only 1 day to go, Ebay won't allow it. Is there a way I can alter the invoice before I send it> I have tried this before without success.

I want to sell eau de cologne and perfume but have been told I can't post it - how can it be sold if you can't post it?
