Can't use my MasterCard

After having to get a new MasterCard a few months ago, I find now that I can't use it on E Bay.

I rang once before with no help to my problem.

I went to a computer shop where they were able to work out what was going on.

I was only able to use my card one more time before the same problem came up again.

My card has been checked out by the bank and it is active with no problems with it their end.

I keep getting requests from the sellers to pay for my items but I can't because the transaction will not be accepted.

Got me puzzled.

Are you trying to use your new card as a guest on paypal or do you have a paypal account?

If you have an account have you linked your new card and verified it?   If not verified you can only use it for a limited number of transactions before being asked to verify it.
