Sellers are advertising water heaters. The heaters draw up to 3500 watts of power (15 Amps) but the seller has only got a (10 Amp) plug on the unit. Using these water heater units can cause a fire in the electrical wiring of your house as it is drawing to much power through the wiring. How can I report this?

Each item has a report link but it is not really the responsibility of ebay to know all the standards and regulations of all industries.
ebay is just a platform for users similar to newspapers.
Probably best to speak with the electricity commission in your state to find out who to call.
