I bought an iPad that was listed as wifi + 3G. It said it was 3G in the title and the description. When it arrived it was wifi only model. I asked seller for return and they said it was sold for parts only and If I could read I would have known that it was not 3G. They said they will not refund my money. How do I go about getting my money back?

An Ipad that is locked to Icloud may well be stolen...why would the legitimate owner sell it without first unlocking it????
If you google Ipad locked to Icloud there are a few hints about how to unlock it.
But the listing does say 3G so if it is not a 3G model then it is not as described and you can make an Item Not As Described claim through Ebay or PayPal.
