Payment of refund for late item

I had purchase an item, it was extremely late and e-bay made the refund. Now seller asking for payment again, need to know did that seller not get payment at all, or did ebay refund me after the case was found in my favour?

You would have been refunded when case closed in your favour.

Refund goes back to funding source so check your credit card.

To repay, log into PayPal and send funds.

You will find the seller's email address to send funds to in the original transaction.
