Cancelled order same minute when, released that case isn't for my phone (Note 10+}

case was for Note 10!

eBay answer :We couldn't cancel your order because it's too late to cancel. You should receive your order by . You may contact the seller to return it once you receive it.

Too late! Same minute asked to cancel order what is easy to check that telling the truth!

Asked seller an he refused to cancel order he still didn't posted item.

What is reason for eBay to act like this and seller to!

A seller is charged fees and when you cancel, the seller doesn't get all of their fees back.

As suggested, sell it yourself when you receive it or give it to someone.
