hi there i brought this printer and got to use it once and now it will not print from my laptop iam not sure what you want to do about this as it prints the head prints and error prints has more than enough ink and have also had my tech savy son look at the manual and go over everything we cant seem to get it to print, not happy at all again what does one want to do about it, its got plenty of ink too id like to know how to send it back and get a refund cheers ron

Have you contacted the seller, or epson support.  Does the copy function work, or can you print a test page.
