Removed item.

I won a very beautiful item last week. Something I really wanted. I tried to pay immediately but the the payment showed as "pending". Now the item has been removed by ebay. I can't contact the seller, the empty listing still shows as "pending" and I can't find a way to contact ebay about this directly because my problem doesn't fit in to any of their categories. Why was the listing removed when my payment was pending? I'm very upset about this.

You should go into your Paypal account and cancel the pending payment if you can.

the listing will have been removed if it breached eBay policy in some way.

if you cannot cancel the payment, open an item not received Paypal case through the eBay Resolution centre and let Paypal know the item was removed. You start that by going to more options on the item in your purchases in eBay, then resolve a problem. Follow the steps.

if you do get it, you can pay the seller again. Pending payment means the seller has not claimed the money.
