Hi, I bought a fan brush late last night & granddaughter said wrong one, so cancelled it first thing this morning, ( sent two messages to seller through Ebay to cancel it but tonight it's showed up on my account. As I don't buy a lot on Ebay, as older & like to see quality & try sizes.!!! Could someone please tell me what I can do to get a refund, when I gave them plenty of notice today not to send it. Many thanks.

selller ignored it as maybe they don't accept returns for a mistake purchase otr a change of mind.
If they post it and you receive it and wish to return it - you MUST get the seller to agree first.
If you just send it back of your own bat it'll be treated as unauthorised return (Ebay's term) and they'll decide for the seller - you'll loose.
