Can anyone please explain the fees I will be charged when buying an item. On one page it showed the p/h & duty but when I actually paid the figure was $50 higher even allowing for the exchange rates.

Was the item coming from the USA or UK through the GSP ? If so, what is the item number ? It would be almost impossible to give you an answer without knowing those details.

All charges show on the payment page beore you click on 'pay now'
Was it the panda from the UK? ( I won't say 'bear' cos pandas aren't bears)
Notice the bit that says 'This amount is subject to change until you make payment"
But the total cost should have shown on the invoice.

Oh you are just pandering yourself, aincha ?
Pandas are in the Family Ursidae, and are considered true bears. There seems to be some misinformation floating around the web that pandas are more closely related to raccoons than bears. Although scientists first thought this was the case, it is not considered true anymore.
