Did the seller have the measurements as well as the size in the listing? If so, then they are being generous because it's up to you to read the description and work out if the shoes will actually fit. As there is nothing wrong with the shoes other than them not fitting, you can open a return request for change of mind. If the seller accepts the request, you pay the postage to return them and they refund you the price you paid minus any postage costs.
Did they say why they haven't sent the replacement pair. Did you actually pay for a second pair? Sorry, I can see you're in a flap so couldn't work out if you'd actually paid for a second pair, or just a postage cost. Where are the shoes coming from? If they're coming from China, then you'll be hard pressed to get them here in time for the wedding. If you have paid for them and they haven't sent them, check the delivery estimate in the order details. If the last date has passed, open an item not received dispute. They then have to provide a tracking number to show that they have been posted and the tracking has to show as delivered. Otherwise you can get a refund.
I think at this late stage, you might be better buying them locally if you can. Do you have an item number for the second pair of shoes you bought?

I just found a really great place to purchase shoes, you can go in and see the shoes, choose what you like and try them on, pretty sure it is called a Shoe Shop ?? most places have them.

I hear your pain. Been there, done that but our stress was bridesmaids' dresses & that stress was from a bricks & mortar bridal store right up to the day before the wedding.
I am a bit confused about what has happened exactly and if you have in fact paid for 2 pairs but it sounds as if you have.
If so, send a message to the seller now.
State the shoes do not fit, they are no use to you, you wish to return them, you are not interested in any other arrangements. Go through ebay official system to do it properly. They will get you to pay return postage with some sort of tracking but at least you will get your $32 back.
This part should not cause stress as this first pair of shoes is not involved in the wedding anyway.
Now as to the wedding: There is every possibility the second pair from this seller may not be a perfect or comfortable fit either.
My sincere advice would be to forget about this seller & his shoes for the moment, you can sort all that out over the next week or so.
Just concentrate on the fact you need shoes & there are plenty of other places to get them.
Get out to the shops, there is a lot in stores at the moment with Spring coming up.
Where do you live? There are a couple of shops I know of that specialise in bridal shoes plus you'll often find the bridal frock stores have a small range too.
You need to cut your losses here, get out and buy a pair from a store.
The other alternative would be to look at other sellers on ebay or gumtree or easyweddings but it would have to be a seller who was local or in Australia. Preferably pick up.
But my first choice would be stores. You don't have to pay hundreds, there are plenty of nice shoes under $100.
Then you can sort out returns and cancellations with the ebay seller. You may lose out, you may end up having to take the second pair (which you can resell) but the main stress will be gone.

There's that Greek guy going downstairs again.
Nothing to report. What's the problem?
As for the shoes, when I got married I didn't want to buy white shoes.
I hated white shoes, still do.
I borrowed a pair. They were a size too small, but it was only one day!

I wore black lace up boots with bright red socks under my wedding dress. I was the only one at the end of the day that didn't have sore feet. Unless the dress is short, no-one can really see them. No-one knew what was on my feet until I lifted my dress. There were quite a few wide eyed stares and questions asking why. Ummm, because I wanted to? My sister wore RM Williams boots on her feet. She had always wanted to buy a pair but couldn't justify the cost. As so many people see weddings as no expense spared, she used that as the excuse to buy them. Again, no-one knew what was on her feet. We both still wear our wedding boots.
