How to deal with threats?

Hello

I have reported abuse, threats (and death threats) over 6 times now from a member who didn't like the fact that PayPal sided with me when I provided images of an item that arrived in a damaged state.

These have been over the last 2 weeks and still nothing has been done.

What am I left to do when a member is free to keep messaging me and I am not even able to block them? Clearly eBay doesn't care, and I'm not sure what my options are.

Thanks.

I've had the same problem with a buyer when I left neutral feedback..... Ebay did nothing.  my seller had huge amounts off buyers complaining

Aaaand I'm going to stop quoting things now, it doesn't seem to be working very well ?:|

You must make sure you type outside the quotation marks.  I always press "enter" couple of times before I write anything, and make sure the " is up where it belongs 🙂

I wait a few seconds for the quote to appear and then make sure the cursor is positioned outside the end of the quote, then hit enter followed by full stop then enter and full stop again then enter and start typing.

It was the only way I could get the quotes to work at all on an ipad and now I find it helps here too.
