How do i get rid of these lies?
Any help will be appreciated.
The way things are going on ebay im having second thoughts about selling on ebay
Not worth it, we get harrassed, we pay postage, we pay ebay and paypal commision

If it's any consolation, the feedback does mention that you refunded.
So that's a good thing.

Contact customer support via live chat, make sure you select chat with Agent, explain that you believe the feedback comment to be a False Positive and politely request that the comment be removed. Ebay can still leave you with the Green Dot and replace the comment with --
Worth a shot if you really want to be rid of the comment.

The above is the feedback that she left me.
The story goes like this.
I had a wallet listed for $60. Now the customer offered me $30 BUT i did NOT receive the offer.
Somehow the system allowed the $30 offer to go through. I never accepted the offer. nor did i even receive the offer.
So i explained the situation and refunded the money she paid me
Now she has left the message above.
Up until now my feedback has been pristine
